Mr Jay a Royal Green Appliance Store with Susan, as salesperson is a great place to buy an appliance. You get professional advice and a fair price with a cordial atmosphere. The installers of our air conditioner were personable, professional, knowledgeable quick & neat. The Friedrich air conditioner looks nice and cools, quietly & efficiently. I had a very disappointing experience with Royal Green Appliance. I purchased a refrigerator for $11,931. The first delivery was defective, and the shipper advised me not to accept it. The second delivery was also defective, but the sales manager, Tony Martins, convinced me to keep the refrigerator by promising extended warranty protection over the phone. The store never provided the warranty paperwork. Now the refrigerator’s mainboard has failed, and the repair is estimated at $2,500. When I contacted the store to honor the promised warranty, the sales manager did not take my calls, and the store only said he was on vacation. No timely solution was provided. For such an expensive appliance, the lack of follow-through and customer support has been unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this store.

The guys were great! The space was very tight, and it didn’t look like the refrigerator would fit. Amazingly, they were able to get it up the narrow stairs and into the apartment without any issues. The crew was polite and pleasant. The communication process was followed and the crew arrived on time. They unpacked my refrigerator as I requested and took the packaging materials away with them. They completed the delivery somewhere in the area of 15 minutes. I am sure the experience would have been far different, in a negative manner, if I had purchased my kitchen appliances at a Home Depot or Lowe’s.
