The first positive thing about buying from a store like Atlantic Appliance is the personal attention that you receive. Also their prices were better than the large box stores. And to highlight the sale was the installation team that came to my home to do the installation. Completely professional. Nick went out of his way to do the electrical hookup up. I highly recommend Atlantic Appliance.

I initially called looking for replacement parts for a broken 22 year old microwave door. After a diligent search It turned out nothing was available. Atlantic appliance found me a new microwave equal to the one I had. It is a perfect fit and match to the kitchen. The install went seamless and I got better pricing than anything I was able to find on my own. I could not be happier with how everything went.

Have been using them for more than 20 years....and will continue to use them! Always great prices and customer service. I recently ordered a dryer and the installation was difficult due to the very tight access to the laundry area. They didn't give up and installed it ......without a scratch. We called Fran at Atlantic because we needed a new refrigerator. We have used her in the past and we know she’s an expert. We gave her our needs and measurements and without hesitation she gave us a great choice and set it up for delivery. We were scheduled to have it delivered by 4 pm just a couple of days later. Well at the stop before us (we were their last stop ) their truck got stuck in the mud. They tried for a couple hours to get it out without success. When we heard this we figured we would get the delivery the next day. Nope! The owner of Atlantic got his personal pickup truck and drove to Greenwich. They offloaded our Refrigerator from the stuck truck and loaded on the pickup truck and came to our house around 7pm and made sure we got our new fridge and took away the old. Truly above and beyond service in our opinion. Janine
