I just want to thank the folks at R&G! My washer had died on me, they didn’t act like I had to buy a new washer . They actually talked me through what was going on and found that the repair was going to be out of my budget and maybe not even worth it. They directed me to an affordable used appliance shop over in Andrews that they had heard good things about. We need more folks like this in a world that everyone want to take advantage of others and financial hardship is too common! THANK YOU!!

I’ve bought two parts here to fix different appliances I have, a dryer and a refrigerator. Once they had the part the other they were able to get it faster than anywhere else. It’s so great to have a local place that can offer what they do. I have also used their uhual services and they were great. Thank you for being here!

We have had nothing but positive experiences with this shop. The receptionist is VERY friendly and helpful! They are prompt and reliable with service calls...they come when they say they will. Don't expect a super bubbly service tech, but they will answer all your questions do their job well and efficiently! I've seen some reviews about overpriced parts and expensive service call...Keep in mind, every shop has a markup on parts. You are out in the middle of nowhere...the fact that you can get somebody to even come by to help you within two days is a miracle around here, and I'll gladly pay a little extra for promptness and the correct, in-stock part that can be repaired that day!

Our stove and oven went out on Thursday night. I was worried we would have to go all weekend without a stove. I called R&G Friday morning. They were here by 2pm on Friday afternoon and they fixed the issue quickly. I see other reviews on here about the cost being rather high but I did not experience that. I found the repair cost to be fair and proportionate to the work completed. This is probably the 3-4 time I have used this repair service for other appliances and I have always been pleased with the quality of service, professionalism and prices. Highly recommend!

I bought my washer and dryer from this place around 2013. Still running strong! The refrigerator and oven in the apartment I rent is also from this place and is still running strong after 7 years. I have never had a problem with Ron coming out within 24-48 hours for repairs if need be. (48 hours being if a part has to ordered) My grandparents and parents have both used Ron and have never had a problem with him. Fair prices, fast and timely service. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for appliances or repairs.
