Frank and Sean installed a new fridge for us. They were extremely careful getting the large fridge through the door so as to not cause any damage to the frame. The fridge installation went smooth. They explained that I should wipe down the inside before putting food in. They explained to throw out the first batch of ice. Communication with Robbie for the order and installation went smoothly. I'm grateful for a good experience!

K & B Cary was great to work with during my kitchen remodel. Brian ordered all of my appliances- he was very knowledgeable with all of the products and different lines and we got exactly what I needed! He did not pressure me but educated me and allowed me to make informed decisions. He also kept me updated on the timeline and was very communicative. Julie helped with all of my knobs and pulls and took so much time to make sure the right sizes got ordered for each space. She made a color coded a key to make sure the installers knew exactly where to install each knob and pull! So helpful! Frank and Shaun were awesome installers! They were incredibly patient and so helpful getting the space prepared for proper install. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did. Each one of these employees went above and beyond for me in this project. I highly recommend working with any of them!

I wanted to like this place and be supportive of it and do business with them over the big box stores. I expected the customer service to be attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. My experience rather was none of the above. I went in to buy a new hood for over my stove top. They told me to make sure I measured the space correctly because it was unable to be returned. I appreciated the heads up and used one of their recommended vendors to come out and measure for me so I wouldn’t get it wrong. He came out and measured (after not responding to my initial text, which should have been a red flag) and told us which hood to order. When it arrived he came back to install it. After spending about an hour and a half installing, he said it was a bit too small and he’d have to bring by a stainless steel piece to fill the gap. I was hopeful he knew what he was talking about and this would be a solution. It was like “pulling teeth” to get him to return with the piece. I finally had to go to the store itself and tell them what had happened and that he was not responding to texts and frankly ghosting us. The men I spoke with there were not overly friendly (nor was there any apology for my inconvenience) but they did light a fire under the vendor to come put the piece in. Suffice it to say, this ended up not being a solution at all. Every time we fry something in a pan our kitchen fills with smoke. I attribute this to the new ill fitting hood and filler “piece”. I feel so ripped off and I wasted over $1000. I cannot recommend this place and especially their third party vendors.

Michelle has been great from the beginning for our three bathroom remodel project. From designing to helping us pick out our cabinetry and tile, she has been well organized and had great communication. I would recommend Michelle to anyone looking to do it the right way.

This could be a case study in how to turn a 5-star review into a 1-star. I needed to replace a dishwasher. They knew their product well, and were very responsive to my questions and it was an easy transaction. They arranged for their installer to come, and he did, great job. Two days later, I discovered that the installer had attached the water supply line incorrectly, and it had buckled my hardwood floors and done thousands of dollars in damage to my home. When I called them, they had the installer here within an hour; he accepted responsibility and replaced the line immediately, filed a claim with his insurance and called me back with the claim number. Even then, I was OK, and appreciated that he didn't try to dodge responsibility. Look, if you do this every day, then sooner or later it's going to happen. But when I called the salesman, that call went south pretty quickly. Because the installer was an independent contractor, I was having to deal with his insurance company, and his insurance was telling me some things that concerned me. I wanted Kitchen And Bath Galleries to help me work with the insurance, or maybe help me with the out of pocket expenses. They absolutely refused to do anything for me. Now I'm having to pay for the water damage myself, out of pocket, and then filing a claim, hoping the installer's insurance will reimburse me for it. My family will have to deal with all the blowers and fans, and no kitchen for three days. And when we repair the floors we will have to be out of the house for another three days. Their insurance will not pay for the hotel those three days and they emphatically refuse to pay for mold damage. And Kitchen and Bath Galleries doesn't even want to know about it! So if you want to buy an appliance from people who know their stuff and make the sale easy, this is the place. Just know that if anything goes bad, you will be completely on your own.
