My LG fridge needed a compressor. They came out and was here for 6.5 hrs. I thought everything was great. A few months later, I'm having the same noise. It is definitely something with the compressor. Now that my warrenty expired, its going to cost the same amount to fix it, again as a new fridge. Absolutely ridiculous!

Just had warranty work done on an 11 month old LG Stove. The large burner quit. I wasn't home when they fixed it but when I got home, the back of the stove trim pieces were laying on top. I slid it out to fix it and all of the screws are missing and the back plate of the stove is all bent up. Now ive got to find screws, straighten everything and fix it. Can't get a hold of anyone there and won't call back.

5 star care and communication was unrealistic in a good way. I’m in IT throughout the southeast and this team is holistically a gem and just awesome. Clean, professional, communicative, on time. I could keep going but on a scale from 1-10 - I can’t believe I’m saying this but straight up, an 11. I believe that is it! Also pics before and after I’m not even probably an hour most. Like I said, a gem or diamond in the rough. 💯
