Great experience with Melissa! Not only was she very sweet and kind, but she was extremely knowledgeable about the products there. She made the process of choosing the items for my new kitchen a total breeze. The kind attitude of all the employees was a big positive. Thank you for having such a wonderful employee as Melissa is. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Long story short: save your money and go to Lowe's I don't write reviews often, especially not long horrible ones but I truly can not express how horrible of an experience this has been. As a small business owner, we will never recommend Ferguson to clients, friends, or family again - maybe somebody that we really feel like wasting their time, energy, and money. Customer Service and Accessibility: If you're young, you're going to be ignored. Sales reps can not be directly called, only emailed. The front desk ladies are forced to try to assist you instead of forwarding to the rep or their VM, but when they aren't involved in the project its very annoying, difficult, and time-consuming to reexplain everything. Phone Assistance: Need assistance with something? Don't worry the phone number on the reps email is a basic call center that the people can only assist with EXTREMELY limited things and are very rude. After waiting on hold for over 20mins, another random call center employee accidentally hung up on me - great, mistakes are made - but at that point they had my order and contact information pulled up and could've reconnected the call. Order Issues: Ferguson shipped us random additional products we did not order instead of ours, which was a nightmare for returns. Our order moved around the city for a week then was sent to Indiana. We already were so limited on options with their bare bones inventory - looks like a lot online, but what they have available to be delivered soon isn't much. Positive: Mariah Urias, the fifth person I talked to, was finally able to help me and expedite the shipping. I appreciated her assistance and great attitude. Edit: after sharing my concerns and frustrations with our original sales rep. She argued that products had been delivered.. which is very weird since the direct link she had shared with me showed that Ferguson had not delivered the product and had returned it to their Indiana facility. Even after expressing our concerns, the reps can not be bothered to double check behind themselves.

Very disappointed in my experience with Ferguson. I paid to have a very expensive bathroom installed and purchased all materials through Ferguson without a contractor’s discount. Some of the deliveries were incomplete and one had.damaged merchandise. The biggest disappointment was with an expensive Kohler Cast iron tub that had drain issues. I was advised by Ferguson to call Kohler. I called and was left on hold with loud music playing, but no representative answered the call. Ferguson needs better customer service than this. I still can’t use the bathtub.

Called Ferguson home to see if they had any kitchen lights in stock in a time crunch (not order) Greg could’ve just said yeah we do. Instead he said, email me photos of the space, send me the dimensions and what you like. I’ll see what we got here and what we can order to meet your timeline. That’s what’s considered going the extra mile. Even if they don’t have a light im looking for ferg will be my first stop on my upcoming projects. Customer service 101 and it starts with the little things like an inbound phone call!!

Beautiful showroom but had a bad through and through experience with sale person with initials MR. First red flag was when I ordered through the phone and was charged few hundreds more than expected. When questioned, she insisted it was tax and that she doesn’t calculate or determine tax….well as I suspected, it wasn’t the tax, it was extra items I didn’t know of or agree to buy that some how made it into the order. When I found out, her response was ‘oh don’t know how they got in there’. I then had her cancel and reorder with the correct amount. Most items arrived ok but 4 items needed to be exchanged. I brought them in store to request the exchange, her comments and attitude were extremely rude and off putting - ‘you are purchasing cheapest of the cheap, you can’t expect better’ (I spent $5k on that order!!), ‘item arrived with seal broken is not a valid reason for return’ (???!!), or ‘you are NOT gonna like the replacement either’ when I want to exchange due to paint defect/ inconsistency. This type of customer service is gaslighting and deceiving!! I’d never give my business to this showroom again.
