The staff was absolutely amazing and so helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us pick the perfect piece for our space. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and highly recommend them!

👌🏾 👏🏿 👍🏾 5 stars from start to finish! I had nothing but GREAT, PROFESSIONAL & COURTEOUS service throughout my experience here. I was driving down Polk St, saw their sign & decided to stop in. I ended up buying two bedroom sets & mattresses along with them. I was given discount on top of discount. It was basically a steal. The delivery and assembly went smoothly. The guys showed up on time, moved swiftly without making a mess nor scratching my walls & floors. This family owned business is the truth! Stop in & shop around. You will not be disappointed!

I just had the most amazing experience in purchasing a refrigerator at Flippin Jays in Pineville. First of all, the selections were numerous in my price range. I wanted quality but I didn’t want to pay a mint. These are uncertain times. Every penny saved is a penny earned. So, I found the perfect refrigerator to my taste. The salesperson isn’t really a salesperson. She is more like a sales consultant. She worked with me to get the refrigerator, delivery, and pick-up my old refrigerator at a price that was discounted and lovely. Customer service is outstanding! I’ll certainly be back the next time I need an appliance or furniture. I recommend you do too.

This store has some nice furniture at decent prices. Personally I feel the dent and ding appliances are incredibly overpriced. I noticed fridges right at 3k with huge dents... considering i bought the same model new 3 weeks ago for 2500... overpriced. Since it will not allow me to reply to the owners comment. Notice I specifically said model, not style.
