I recently purchased a dishwasher from Future Appliances, and I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service. The dishwasher looks fantastic, is very quiet, and does an excellent job of cleaning everything perfectly every time. I have purchased appliances from the store. I happen to purchase a refrigerator that was too big for the space and tried bring it back and pick up another one. It was more but was willing to pay the difference and not a refund. Apparently the one I got there’s no exchange or no refund. I wasn’t looking for a refund. I was looking to exchange the item, but anyway, the young lady tried to reason with manager on my behalf because she know when I come in I come to spend money not just look. He was playing hardball and decided he wouldn’t let me exchange and pay the difference. I said cool no problem but one thing for sure I want be back or refer my investor to the store. Poor customer relationship of someone spending money with your business and have sent several people to you for their appliances needs. No more.

Came by last week and bought a whole kitchen set to my remodeled home! The skinny girl that helped me was amazing! Omg her customer services is the best I’ve ever had! After going to several places to look for fit my space and my budget I finally found the right appliances! She also patiently explained how everything worked and the FINANCING OPTIONS!! The best part was that it’s $0 down, literally NOTHING DOWN!
