I simply cannot say anything bad about this company. Yesterday I went shopping for a refrigerator cause mine went out. I stopped by Jones And Whitmire first to see what they had then Home Depot and Lowe’s immediately went back to Jones And Whitmire because the employee at Lowe’s was just rude. I guess you would say anyway I bought several items from this place and I have never once been dissatisfied. Everything from lightbulbs it’s a sandwich baggies to refrigerators few years back. I bought a battery operated lawnmower. Best investment I’ve ever made. You cannot even hear it run and it cuts grass as good if not better than a gas operated lawnmower last summer I bought my battery operated weedeater from there and just like the lawnmower. It works perfectly. the battery lasts a very long time and it to cut weeds just as good as a gas operated weed eater they refrigerator I bought yesterday was a whirlpool refrigerator. They gave me a warranty with it and delivered it. The delivery cost was very, very, very reasonable shockingly reasonable compared to other companies. They were very kind respectful and put my refrigerator exactly where I wanted it. We even chat a good 10 minutes before they left. The customer service was awesome while I was shopping for my refrigerator. I had my grandson with me and he kept playing with a baseball that was there when I opened my newly bought refrigerator, there was the baseball for my grandson. I will always shop there. If you have not ever been there. You need to go the employees there are awesome very helpful and friendly. They have everything from sandwich baggies to riding lawn mowers. They have Windows doors flooring you name it they have it and very reasonable pricing. I would recommend them over Lowe’s or Home Depot any time of day thank you Jones And Whitmire will be there for me. You do have a reoccurring customer once again thank you.

We purchased a John Deer bagger. It had a printed picture of the lawn mower on the box. We got home and the picture was incorrect and it was the zero turn. My husband took it back and explained the box had the incorrect picture on it. They said they would only give us store credit even though it was THEIR mistake. I messaged the owner Heather on Facebook( we originally saw the bagger on marketplace) and no apology at all. In fact she was a little confrontational. I had my husband call and request to speak to the owner. We left a VM and three weeks later no one has called us back. 250$ wasted and we have a bagger we can't use. Very disappointed in the lack of communication with this company

I would give a negative star if I could. This place is a nightmare after my husband doing business here for over 10 years. We purchased a new Samsung refrigerator over a month before moving into a new home. I checked a week prior to closing that all was set. I was last delivery with no water line as promised. We could not access ice or water for over a week after multiple calls. Then the light do not work and water pitcher not working after calling a plumber on my dime. They said they were sending someone out…never did and it was the holidays with family coming! I had to scramble to find an appliance tech in Xmas eve and cost me over $500. He said he could not believe this was a new refrigerator! It is under a 1 year warranty with numerous calls and in person with no pay back. We paid for a wine cooler…came with a dent in back. Would not work. Later to find the wiring could have caused a fire!!! We did not get a wine cooler but a beverage fridge replacement instead. The customer service is horrendous and rude while the lady screamed at him. They promised our panels that were supposed to come with the frig and my husband had to install them himself after waiting over a month. We are still waiting for our service reimbursement. I cannot believe this place is in business. Run as fast as you can and never do business here. Looks like small claims court here we come!
