I purchased a washer for my extra unit. I looked online and seen the washer. I did everything over the phone. We set the date and time for delivery. They came on time and installed my new washer in less than 15 mins. It was 2 guys, I remember one of the guys name which was Reggie. I didn’t get a chance to see the other gentleman’s name. They were very professional and made sure my washer worked before they left. I definitely will be doing more business in the future. Thank you!

First, I called KDs earlier today and they actually answered the phone and were very pleasant to me. Then I dropped by and they were incredibly helpful in solutioning the cooktop stove issue I was having. Only a couple hours after my call, my problem has been fixed and they were very hospitable the whole way. Places like KD's restore my faith that there are good, honest people running businesses, you just need to find them & THIS IS PLACE is ONE of THEM! Highly recommend checking them out for any appliance or furniture needs.

The staff at KD's were very professional and helpful in finding the perfect table set for our kitchen. We drove all the way from High Point to Charlotte for this set. Not only was the quality what we expected but they stayed in constant communication to keep us informed of the status of our furniture, including follow up calls. KD's even met us at the store on a day they were closed to help us load the furniture. Our experience at KD's was amazing and I recommend KD's to anyone looking for great prices, high quality products and friendly staff. -Willie
