Do NOT go to Plaza Appliance (especially the one off Monroe) - they have the worst customer service and there is absolutely no guarantee on when your product will arrive. I ordered in May and was told “it may not ship until November.” Their salesmen are inaccurate and defensive, and they added installation to my invoice when I said I didn’t want it, and also told us our item was ready when it wasn’t. Tell your friends, tell your family, tell your children’s children to avoid at all costs and spread the negative word about them.

I’m super sad and frustrated!! I’ve been given the run around by Lowe’s and now Plaza Appliance. In business, communication is so vital!! I purchased the refrigerator on the 8th of April and I’m still waiting for it to be delivered on the 17th and NOT TO MENTION IT WAS PAID IN FULL ON THE 8th!! You would think after paying $2114.70 for a refrigerator the company would be GLAD TO DELIVER IT AND SELL YOU SOMETHING ELSE!!! I was told NO PROBLEM ON EVERYTHING UNTIL IT CAME TIME TO DELIVER IT!! Now… I’m just waiting on phone calls and deliveries!! None available and no communication about it, I had to call twice to inquire. If you value time and money, DON’T WASTE IT HERE!!

We purchased a washer, dryer, and fridge which was a good experience and our salesman was very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for their delivery/install team. They banged up my walls and even removed some of the protection I put down just in case because they did not want to deal with it. Even more so of an issue is the fact they did not properly secure the supply hose to the washing machine. The supply hose came loose and dumped water all over my washer/dryer room and then leaked down through my first floor ceiling through a light fixture in our brand new home we just moved into not even 3 days earlier. I've tried contacting them about this and left voicemails but my calls have not been returned. Do not use their installation team!

I would give 0 stars if I could. The delivery men scratched my brand new engineered hardwood floors. Needless to say, that's hard to do. Plaza Appliance said they wouldn't fix it b/c the delivery people were not "their" employees. Although, I paid Plaza Appliance directly for a delivery fee. They never even as much as refunded us the delivery fee. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE! if anything goes wrong, they will not do the right thing.
