Purchased an upright freezer from Cody. He was very helpful and professional. He was 100% laid back and not a pressure salesman. I wish for him the management would paint the walls around his desk space as it looks beat up and kind of takes away from the experience. Hopefully if he ask, they will consider it, as they have a good employee in him.

Felicia Wright was extremely helpful and patient in dealing with us as we decided on a new refrigerator when ours had a refrigerant leak. We had extensive issues that required a great deal of professionalism and she exceeded all expectations! She is highly knowledgeable and an outstanding employee!! We were also extremely impressed by the amount of effort exerted by our delivery men, Hector and I do not know the other man’s name. We had a previous delivery by two other men that was exceptionally professional too. We have never dealt with Queen City before, but we were very impressed by Queen City and will buy from them again, when the need arises. We highly recommend them to others.
