This place is where you want to go to find that thing you need for your washer or dryer! I called in, described my issue and the extremely helpful woman collected the model number and had an OEM parts pack set aside for me within minutes. It was correct, fairly priced and in perfect condition. What a great reminder that we don't need to buy everything online - saved forty bucks in shipping costs and the three days to get my hands on it while the laundry kept stacking up. Best place in Iredell County for parts or new-to-you units for washers, dryers, and any appliances in your home. I've gone here twice for parts on my washer and dryer and they had exactly what I needed in stock both times I went and if they didn't have them in stock, they said they would have ordered it and had it within a few days. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful and they have so many appliances for sale at their store. I would go here and shop over any big box store. You know you'll get an appliance that has been gone through, works, and if anything ever goes wrong, these people stand by their work and will fix anything needed on the appliance. Had an issue with my dryer. They were so helpful! I was going to bring my dryer parts in to figure out the issue but honestly I didn’t want to deal with it. I ended up just getting a refurbished one instead. Had to arrange all the delivery myself, but they were so nice & let us borrow the dolly & mini blower to blow my dry vent before installing. They’re very knowledgeable. So if you need your dryer repaired or looking for a used dryer I definitely recommend coming here. Great selection. I paid a little over $300. Idk if that’s good or overpriced haha. But it’s clean & better than what I had. They clean & replace everything so it’s basically a new dryer again. Comes with a 90 day warranty too. The dryer did have a slight burning smell at first but I just needed to clean the metal vent on the inside. I think something burned on it so it had charcoal looking stuff that needed cleaned. It’s fine now. I’m hoping it will last. I’m renting so I didn’t need new appliances. Very sweet husband & wife who own it. They have kitties roaming around too if you like that :)
