Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove Showroom

Thank you Angela, you really elevated the buying experience with your consultive approach, prompt communication and excellent recommendations. Seeing the full suite of working appliances in a real setting is so much more helpful than just visiting the dealer/store. With big ticket dealer network type purchases, sometimes the service after the sale can be a little lacking. Angela picked up the slack when there was a small issue after installation and made sure that we were happy. Thank you for going above and beyond, Angela you are great brand ambassador!

Andrew was very helpful in showing us all of the showroom appliances. In addition to that he demonstrated and gave us tips on how to choose what was the best fit for our goals and budget. It allowed us to compare this quality of appliances compared to other brands. There is a big difference in quality, longevity and access to repair companies. My wife and I want to thank Angela Carras for taking time to meet with us on short notice on 1/23/2026. To be candid we upfitted our kitchen in 2006 with SubZero and Wolf appliances. At that time, we were not aware of the Charlotte showroom and ventured blindly among several businesses who haphazardly represented multiple brands. Suffice it to say when we discovered the Charlotte showroom and was greeted by Angela, we gained a totally new perspective on SubZero appliances and the functional features. We had the opportunity to ask questions and have a tactile experience with the products. This was a significant help in the final decision process. In working with the local dealer to place the order some interesting logistics surfaced. We called Angela and she got the issues resolved within minutes by contacting the manufacturer directly unlike our 2006 experience. The showroom is amazing and Angela was terrific. Dan was a fantastic host — warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making us feel welcome and comfortable.
