Sunrise Appliance

We had such a great experience working with Sunrise while shopping for a new range and dishwasher! Our sales associate, Chuck, was very knowledgable and was able to direct us to the best options for our needs. They offered extremely fair pricing and I loved that they were able to deliver the products and install them! We will buy all future appliances from Sunrise and highly recommend them!

When in the hickory store to buy a dishwasher we couldn’t complete the purchase because there was an issue about how long the water line had to be. So I asked the sales person to have an installation man come up to check it. That never happened wait for 24 hrs no call from the sales person. It seems to me that Sunrise is more concerned about violating their insurance policy then they are about honoring the customer needs. It’s just a simple hookup but they made us feel like oh we can’t do that because we’re liable through our insurance. Nice customer care - all I asked was to just have a technician look at it, but I guess that request was over and above their concerns to make a customer happy. If they treat all customers that are willing to spend $1080.00 for a appliance it’s a wonder there still in business Understand your reply to my initial poor review. If you not licensed to do installation’s then change your store policy to read we will do installation under certain conditions. The problem all started over the water line needed to be 8 ft because 5 ft was not long enough. There was no problem with the drain line since my current dishwasher was a Bosch and we’re replacing it with a Bosch newer appliance. What was upsetting was all that was needed is a longer water line from 5 ft to 8ft why is that such a big deal. There was no problem with the sales person he explained everything about the new product and we were ready to pay for the order until the water line issue came up. Looks like he was just following your store policy. Such a simple installation just needed a little adjustment that you policy would not allow

We have been extremely pleased and absolutely love our JennAir package of appliances (refrigerator, double ovens, gas range, double dishwashers).
