Be aware: parking enforcement here is extremely aggressive. Our vehicle was towed within minutes, and the drop fee was very high. Signage was not obvious to us at the time. Customers should use extreme caution about where they park.

****Edit**** After reading some of your reviews, I agree with the gentleman who stated that with you guys, the customer is ALWAYS wrong. In every low review, you’ve either threatened legal action for what is literally freedom of speech, or called out a child’s mental health diagnosis??? THAT is illegal, NOT exercising your freedom of speech***^ ****EDIT to reply***** My name is Krista, as shown above. I never stated that he did not come between those hours or that you charged us. Only that he would or could not wait 10 minutes for my husband to arrive. My husband literally passed him on his way. My husband was going to GIVE y’all a dishwasher, which turns out works fine, it was the power source. We bought a heating element and fixed it ourselves on Friday. It is unreasonable to expect a family of three to go two weeks without a dryer, which is why I gave you the review I did. Thank you and good luck in your future business. We bought a dryer from them and it lasted 6 months when the mother board went out. They came and replaced it, and 2 days later THAT dryers heating element went out. We called and told them, they said they’d come out 3 days later between 2:00-3:00. I left for work at 2:20, my husband got here at 2:45. The man arrived at 2:30 according to our ring camera, refused to wait and said they could t come back until the next week. Do not recommend

I was in the market for an appliance on short notice. I was initially sent to one store but was led to Taylor Smith Appliance instead. Best decision! Staff is courteous, prices are fair and they are military/veteran friendly. Highly recommend!
