Did not show up the day of delivery due to "Mis-understandings" with scheduling. Instead of following up via phone call with professionalism, they ignored my phone calls in a rude manner. It's a hit or miss with refurbished appliances, I DO NOT RECOMMEND. You are better off purchasing new equipment.

Our property management company contracted these guys to come to our rental and replace the stove. In and out, professional, and confidence inspiring. Steve and his other cohort were knowledgeable and friendly. I would happily reach out to them direct, and hopefully never have the need to, but someday we will have our own home and having them as a contact is great. Thank you Steve and everybody at Urbina!!
