Juanita Brown was fabulous in assisting me in my purchase. However, the store was extremely hot and the application process for credit needs to be updated . Salesperson has to enter purchase in the computer, give info for you take over to credit dept. You then fill out credit application in writing having to list four references....just too much when only name, address and social security number seem to be sufficient in checking for credit approval. Otherwise, my experience was good.

I truly enjoyed the GREAT SELECTION of items that KIMBRELL'S Has to offer...I've never been to the New Store,however the savings and Opportunities were endless!!! I was so Elated l bought a Queen Mattress at such an AFFORDABLE PRICE,I INTEND TO SEE THEM AGAIN VERY SOON, NOT FOR PAYMENT BUT TO PURCHASE SOMETHING ELSE. I WANNA THANK ALL OF THOSE THAT REPRESENT KIMBRELL'S FOR THEY ARE DOING AN AMAZING JOB WITH EXTREME HOSPITALITY... First time walking into Kimbrells I was greeted by Greg ,I was looking for one item ,a recliner chair for my mom ,He took me to the 2 chairs in the front ,he showed me how they work ,right away I was ready to buy it ,my mom is 95 and it’s getting hard for her to get out of her chair ,I told Greg I would be back to get that chair about a week later ,I went to get my chair ,so excited ,happy ,it is the perfect chair for .i went an paid cash for it an it was delivered ,the next day ,i am so happy I went to Kimbrells ,an mad it easy for my mom to get out of it ,an relax in it ,an it warms an all ,Thanks to Mr Greg ,she’s very very happy with her chair ,she love it ,Kimbrells have the right people there to help you ,

Walked in today for a mattress purchase. Young lady was sitting at a kitchen set ask what we were looking for. I stated mattress. She Said ok. This Young lady basically followed us around the store. She didn't try to sell the product at all. I sampled the products myself. All She did was follow us around. No gestures or anything of why we should buy the product. She even took a phone call on her cell phone while we were looking. Other associates were just scrolling on their phones. Eventually I said. Hey we are gonna go somewhere else and we MIGHT Be back. We'll we didn't. We went somewhere else and made a purchase and he was very knowledgeable about the products and helped us all the way. Customer service definitely isn't the way it used to be.

Kimbrell's furniture is the best I have seen in many years! Their quality of professionalism goes beyond word can express! Customer Service...out standing....their quality in product...outstanding but mostly... their people of honesty and knows how to treat their customers with the highest of respect proven to me they care! with pleasure- I perceive they are a company family oriented with family values which makes me happy to be their customer, knowing I will get the best customer service, I have seen in a very long time. To me their one of a kind with quality value.
