Dave asked me questions regarding my needs, provided information I had not considered and even saved me a few dollars that the "big box" store options I considered did not provide. His patience is to be admired and something that is rare in the field of customer service these days. Other specialists in the store were very kind and pleasant as well. Even the delivery of the stove to my home went well with it arriving as scheduled and set up in record time. I needed to replace a dishwasher for my father. I went to a local business in Fayetteville this past week and 4 people inside the business were having a personal conversation. I walked around looking at dishwashers and in plane view of those having a discussion. Not one of them acknowledged my presence while in the store. I walked out after being inside for 10+ minutes and still no acknowledgment by either of the 4 people. Made contact with a prior employee that was in the appliance business and worked at this same location for years. I explained what happened and he referred me to QueenCity Appliance on Cliffdale Road. I called and talked with Dave, explaining what I was looking for. I went in Saturday morning and was pleasantly greeted by Mike, whom directed me with Dave. I appreciate the personal touch of how Dave handled my purchase, ensuring what I wanted met the needs.
