I have been called by this company every day since November 2024, when I answer it's some mouth breather huffing into the phone like a creep without saying anything, I blocked the number not long after the initial call but continue to get called every day. I am not a customer with you. Stop calling me!

My power has been out THREE TIMES in the past week! It was out this past Tuesday, Friday and TONIGHT, and it’s beyond ridiculous! Are these rolling blackouts to try preserve the weak power grid or something or is it the fact that they have crews out that don’t know what they’re doing? Either way, I want a credit on my account.

DSS in this county was supposed to have a assistance program for my aunt in granite falls nc and it never went through. Or won't let her file... Good services but I don't agree with the not helping her out. I've complained to them no good. I appreciate y'all services please look into this for me thanks. Email me if u can

The devastation from Helene has been tremendous in the mountains. There are many families that lost everything, we only lost power. However Blue Ridge Management dropped the ball on reconnecting electricity.. The outage map with the dots is useless. If you live in an area with fewer homes you are last to get connected. More information would be helpful and more consideration to the elderly that need electricity for o2 generation and charging mobility carts. We have two families that are more than inconvenienced, it is extremely necessary for their health . Literally we are left in the “ dark “ with Blue Ridge.

What great guys that work for BRE. They were so personal & explained everything they were doing & got us temporarily fixed. They even talked to the Electrician, so he would know what needed to be done. They also came the same day I placed my service call. I would give BRE 10 stars if I could!!
