This company is too tier! I needed to swap out refrigerators between two properties and not only was the customer service I received getting it scheduled excellent, the follow-up leading up to and the day of, was excellent. These men showed up with the right equipment to get the job done and when there was a snag (had to remove the doors from a refrigerator to get it in) they pivoted without complaint. I will definitely use this company against and highly recommend.

I have had two service calls in the past month. Both times I was able to get scheduled within a few days. Both technicians that came out were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I have had a great experience with them so far. Their pricing is very reasonable. I have the service contract, which I feel like is a great add-on. It makes it easy to get things diagnosed and makes the repairs a little bit more affordable. Highly recommend them.

Several years ago, I had an issue with a washing machine I’d bought elsewhere and Bell’s Appliance was the business we used after another company was not helpful. The tech who came explained how the defect was actually with Samsung’s engineering and gave me some advice on how to adjust my loads-which completely fixed the issue. No run around, just an explanation and advice that worked. So when we needed to replace our range, I remembered their business and what a good interaction I’d had with them before. The website was very easy to navigate-I chose what I wanted and we went into the store to purchase it. Bridget helped us get squared away and set up delivery. Delivery was quick (range was in stock) and easy. I am delighted with how well my new induction range works and that we could shop local.

I bought a wash tower from here yesterday. After arrival I noticed there were manufacture defects causing it to leak and a dent from shipping . I reached out to them this morning and they had another one delivered by the end of day today. I’m happy with how quickly they rectified this situation . The sales rep latai was very helpful and friendly as well . Would recommend ! Edited to add this one that they dropped off is also leaking from the door the same way the other was and now I have to wait a week to be able to use my washer for a technician to come out and fix it. It’s an Electrolux 600 series wash tower . Super disappointed to spend 2k on a wash tower I can’t even use right now not even two weeks after purchase .
