Amazing customer service. I was recommended by word of mouth to this place by my significant other. I will say they have amazing customer service and great selection of appliances as well with amazing deals too. They will deliver for free and also install for free too. Highly recommend this place if you need new appliances or are moving to the area like I am. I will definitely be coming back to this place when I need something.

I just purchased a washer and dryer from Wagner last week. The entire experience was great. I was able to text with an associate to discuss what I was looking for. They had exactly what I needed. We were able to go to the store and pick out exactly what they told me they had in stock. The delivery and installation went well and they checked in a few days later to see how things went. I have heard great things about them for years and this was my first experience with them. I will definitely be getting future appliances from Wagner.

We recently ordered a new refrigerator from Wagner‘s. This is the second purchase from them, we ordered a washer during Covid and are thoroughly happy with that washer! We received our refrigerator today, the workers who brought the refrigerator, Eddie and Jimmy, were polite, professional, and installed the refrigerator with no problems. I highly recommend Wagner’s! They have great prices, the workers are easy to deal with, and they haul off the old appliances, which is a big help! No need to look to the big box stores!

Shop Local always has Wagner Appliance in mind, as a return customer, they were able to answer all my dumb questions and make me feel at ease. They explained all warranties as I purchased additional for piece of mind. Delivery was scheduled as the W/D pair had to be ordered. Delivery associates were professional and answered all my questions. They removed/ took away my old pair and installed all new connectors. In closing they did price match and instructed on all available rebates. Thank you Wagner Appliance for making it so easy.
