We have purchased multiple appliances from Rigels over the years. Unfortunately in our case and other friends and family the customer service has been poor. You would think buying from a local small business they would appreciate repeat customers. Not the case. We have a local business and truly understand taking care of our clients//customers. We will no longer be purchasing any of our appliances from them and will be telling all of our friends as well. I will say the technician was a great guy. I am not one who typically would post a review like this but feel very strongly that something needs to be said.

My family and I have got all are appliances from regals. I have to say the retail service is great. I bought a dryer paid for delivery and insulation. What i got was a 4inch long vent pipe that pushed the dryer out 4inchs. When asked the delivery person why it sitting so far out. We dont have the correct part, come on do you want us to have to go the store and get it. So i had to go the store by the correct vent pipe pull the dryer out and do it my self. 9 months later the dryer is making a clunking noise. I call schedule a service. (Repairman) shows up is rude but i dont care if my dyer gets fixed. Well it still clunks. I worked at property management company so i had to fix dyers, this brand of dryers. The part that holds belt tension is faulty and and is slamming against the case. Did he replace that no he did not. Soon it will be be out of warranty but i dont trust regals to fix it. Regals you lost a lifetime customer.

Buyer beware. When we needed a new dishwasher we wanted one that would last. The sales team at Rigels talked us into one a bit out of our price range stating “this will last you 10 years or more.” A little over two years later and it is broken beyond repair. Trying to buy a replacement has been a terrible experience. They told us the new dishwasher would be there in two weeks. After over a month of waiting it showed up, but could not be installed due to cord being too short. They couldn’t fit us in for another 2 weeks taking our total time without a dishwasher to six weeks. We ended up cancelling the whole thing. Back to square one, but glad it won’t be with this store. If you value your time and miney, don’t shop at Rigels.

I called the manufacturer for our microwave, as it stopped working and was within the 1 year warranty. Unfortunately, they tasked Rigels with the diagnosis and repair. The tech took one look at it and said that the Lowe's tech that installed it used the old mounting hardware and that might be the problem. Didn't make sense to me, but what do I know? He said Lowe's should handle the issue. A week later, the Lowe's technician came and said there's nothing wrong with the mount. I called Lowe's help line and they said that I now have to call the manufacturer again to have them send a tech out. Again. I told the manufacturer to send anyone but Rigels. They already cost us two additional weeks without a microwave. The new company they did send quickly found the problem and ordered the replacement parts. The new company also confirmed that the Rigels techs are generally not very skilled or knowledgeable. Their company gets a lot of work sent their way when Rigels is unable to figure out problems or repairs. Long story short, do NOT trust Rigels with repairs.

Regals outstanding service was amazing! We worked with Steve and he was there for us thru our kitchen remodel. He came through on all our needs and requests in a timely matter. Other employees were great as well from delivery to installation. Would highly recommend Regals! It’s the only appliance store we’ve ever purchased ALL our appliance from.
