My washer is circling the drain and having some near death experiences. I contacted Andy over the phone, he guided me to the best value he had for an immediate solution to my problem. I didn’t even have to step in the store. He shopped the product for me and put me on a delivery schedule that was convenient for me! Hometown touch, personal feel. Highly recommend working with Andy! I’ll be receiving my new front load washer soon and very soon! And they haul the old one away too!

Very disappointed with the quality of service. I had them come out and balance a frontload washer and dryer set. The tech was nice but didn't fix my problem. I didn't think he spent time needed to fix it and when leaving he said " if it's not fixed call them back. It seemed worse and I call another service provider and the came and fixed it. Wondered why the other tech didn't see the shipping bolts still inside the washer. Could have ruined a $1000 + washing machine .

So they were pretty fast at getting here but once they did get here the gentleman was possibly maybe 10 minutes tops then he told me that my refrigerator is not cost-effective to fix it I pay him $90 for nothing I ended up getting my refrigerator fixed for $40 elsewhere . Not sure if He told me that because they want me to buy a refrigerator from them I don’t know but honestly did not like their service at all I posted a photo of my refrigerator actually cool like it’s supposed to be and that was the problem I was having it would cool down now it stays cool like I said $40 it was fixed ( not by North Dakota tv and appliance) very very dissatisfied I will NOT be telling my friends about them . Terrible service heck he didn’t even take the cardboard off back to check those components at all . I’m sorry but if your charging 90 dollars to look at it. YOU SHOULD LOOK AT IT Properly!!!!!! To be fair the lady on phone was very pleasant and that’s pretty much the only thing I was impressed with.
