Terrible customer service from their front of house. Refuses warranty servicing from whirlpool themselves, even claiming they are SO busy. I'll be sure to let whirlpool know you no longer wish to have warranty scheduling.

Go absolutely anywhere but here. Run, don’t walk away from the idea of doing any business here. Worst customer service and delivery experience ever. Like other review say, not just bad customer service people, the lady, the guy is even worse - nasty people from start.

Called in the morning and had a dishwasher in the truck before noon. Very friendly people and knowledgeable about there product. Definitely would recommend and be back if needing a new appliance!

Wish I could give less than 1 star! Nastiest person I have ever meet and I am not young in age. No proper Hello or introduction, no thanks for the business, was outright nasty in our home no less. Never again will I go near any Appliance City business!

Our washing machine broke down and it took nearly 8 weeks to get it repaired by Appliance City. Customer service was great when we bought it but when it broke down less than 1 year later, the customer service was awful. There were never phone calls to update us when a part would come in, to set up an appointment for the repair person to come, etc. We would never do business with them again nor would we recommend them.
