We've bought 4 appliances from there and all have needed work soon after purchase. They have the standard year warranty but tough luck if it happens to be just after the year warranty. 1) Speed Queen washer and dryer set. We've had to fix the dryer more often than not(heating element keeps going out) and the washer squeaks insanely loud. What should last "forever" has been an issue since we bought them 5 years ago. Not worth the price. 2) dishwasher. It didn't even last a month before it needed a new motor I believe. They did come fix that although I asked if we could just return it and get something else because a motor going out in the first month wasn't a good sign. Nope. No returns. 3) Refrigerator. Just over a year old and the fridge quit cooling. If it's not the compressor it's not covered. Well it's not he compressor. And when the "fix it guy" came out he made it clear he wasn't thrilled with his job. We are still unsure of what it might be but whatever it is it's up to us to pay for. Appliances are not cheap and if we have to plan to buy something new every year we are definitely going to find a business that has better coverage, customer service and hopefully better products

Just had a great experience with Adrian. Talked to Adrian regarding my needs and desires for a wash and dryer. Price does matter so getting the best for the buck was important. Adrian went over and above my expectations. She worked some miracles when she went into the back room and was able to give us a killer deal. I appreciate her service. Great hometown business! Jon was excellent to work with and was a wealth of knowledge about the appliances he has in store. Although getting appliances was somewhat delayed, as is the case everywhere it seems, Jon was easy to work with and answered all our questions. Pricing was very competitive. An all around good purchase experience.
