BETTER BUILT SUPPLY

I strongly advise against doing business with this company. The owner, Sean, contracted my appliance repair company to diagnose 14 appliances. After completing the work as agreed, he claimed my prices were too high and has since refused to pay or respond to any follow-up communication. During one of the diagnostic visits, I found the appliances stored outside, exposed to heavy rain, infested with cockroaches, and surrounded by unsanitary conditions, including dead animals. The working environment was extremely unsafe and unhygienic, and in hindsight, should have warranted additional charges for hazardous conditions. PLEASE do not use this company.

I ordered Cabinet's from here. The owner Sean was extremely rude and inconsiderate after he lied multiple times about the arrival of my cabinets and when I be able to pick them up. He did not keep his word about anything. Also gave me a horrible product that was unassembled highly don't recommend you use them for any service BAD SERVICE BAD PRODUCT BAD BUSINESS

My company ordered $3,700 worth of supplies. We scheduled a pickup date. nd we'e given an address to retrieve the supplies. The day of the pickup, we were told that the carpet wasn't ready. So we offered to come up 3 days later, but were told everything was fine and we should head to uniontown. We got to union town and nobody was there. We then had to complete the pickup of the carpet from the carpet manufacturer (1 hour delay) where we could have just bought it without the up charge. We were then sent to a lumberyard (15 minute detour) to pick up the trim (because they didn't have a big enough trailer) where we could have just bought it without the upcharge. We were then told to enter their company's warehouse without anyone on site and pick out doors we wanted. We were then told that we needed to go pick up the flooring from a flooring store 1 hour away. We refused. It's been a week and I am still waiting on my $1,100 worth of flooring in the owner keeps forwarding me to voicemail and ignoring text messages.

My home was built with a doorless guest bedroom and a non-standard size opening into the room. After multiple insanely overpriced quotes from Home Depot for a custom door, I worked with Sean and Haley at BetterBuilt to have the door installed (before and after pictures included in this review). They were very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional, and Sean built in extra wall space so that I could have a normal sized door hung in the opening (rather than the two French doors Home Depot had said were my only option). I’m so happy I went with BetterBuilt and was able to pay significantly less than I would have elsewhere while also getting a final product that was exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be using their services for any future projects!
