Was able to get some great deals on a living room set, dining room table/chairs and refrigerator my only complaint would have to be that I selected the silver refrigerator at the Lincoln way location and It was even pointed out to me and brought to my attention by a sales associate who's name I believe was Gary but I could definitely be wrong, when items were delivered I was surprised to see see a white refrigerator that I hadn't even actually seen in the store. I called multiple times and never got through as well as never got a answer to any of the voicemails I left which was extremely frustrating and disappointing to say the least so I kinda got stuck with a refrigerator I didn't necessarily want but had no other option UPDATE EDIT: at the time of me purchasing these items I believe American freight was under different ownership and management than it is currently with that being said the current management reached out to me recently and offered me discounts and were willing to work with me to try to make right on the issue that I had regarding this review and even though they don’t carry refrigerators anymore, they still wanted to do what they could to make my experience better than it had previously been with the old management and I found that extremely considerate and I want my review to reflect honestly on American freight and the customer service that they’re providing currently… my original experience with this establishment that led to me creating this review was not a good one and it definitely was very demeaning and dismissive and as a customer, I felt very taken advantage of but with this new management/ownership, it was refreshing to feel seen, and my issue noticed even after so long that was very validating to me. I spoke with Thomas whom is the assistant manager and he was very kind and gave a lot of insight on how they are focusing on customer satisfaction and long term satisfaction for the customer. I’m definitely willing to give them my buisness and am happy with the service they were able to provide at this point in time !

Came back to American Freight to buy another queen mattress and had great service once again! This place does not disappoint! We were greeted when we walked in and pointed in the right direction. The service was not overbearing and was very helpful! Smooth, easy and good customer service overall! Thank you Thomas! You were very kind and helpful! We will be coming back again when we need another!
