My wife and I came to the shop to get some appliances for our new home. Within a week of our first visit, they had delivered and installed our refrigerator, washer and dryer. They were extremely helpful in providing recommendations and ensuring that the appliances would fit through our doors and stairs. Everything seems to work well and we received a six-month warranty on our purchases. Prices are very fair and they gave us a discount on the delivery and installation of multiple appliances. Highly recommend for any appliance repairs/purchases!

My dad and I had come to RR appliances after leaving a different sketchy appliance store, and I'm very glad we did! Derrick is an honest, kind and knowledgeable individual. I felt I could put my trust in him and his business. I came for just a washer but ended up leaving with a very reasonably priced washer and dryer set instead. All of the products seem to be tested, fixed up, and cleaned before being put up for sale. There are also multiple ways to transport your appliances. You can transport them yourself, have Derrick and his team deliver it (and install it) for a fee, or rent a UHAUL they have on-site. We decided to wait and borrow a friend's truck. Typically, unpaid holds are not allowed, but the POS was acting up to where we couldn't pay. Derrick apologized and let us know he'd hold our appliances for us, and that we could come back whenever we'd like and simply pay then. Everything went smoothly upon picking up the appliances and paying. I was given all the accessories I needed, all prudent information about my appliances, and I think my dad may have even made a future nerd friend. Lol. 5/5 would definitely recommend RR appliances!
