These people are amazing! The staff was knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. They went out of their way to get us a next-day delivery because our old fridge was already dead. The delivery itself was impeccable and professional. It often feels nowadays like most companies are just trying to take more of your money while giving you less, but Lee and Jacks is such a breath of fresh air!

We are a long time customer of Lee & Jack's. Their customer service and delivery/set up is top notch. Most recently, I ordered new laundry appliances and Shannon was helpful and courteous. Delivery was made in December 2025 and Robert & Cory were professional, making sure the appliances were installed level and operating properly before departing.
