Was in for the first time today. They had the basic faucet parts I needed and were only a mile away and not a big box store. Probably not for the thin skinned or feint of heart. This is an 80+ year old hardware/supply store, they just operate different. If youre expecting or need a home depot experience, may not be for you. If you need to get shit done, this is probably the place. I see being back when im working on projects at the Mother in Law's.
