Jack's Appliance

Outstanding service with Jack’s Appliance. From Doug in the salesroom to delivery and installation by Phil. They both went out of their way to make sure one of our appliances would fit as well as Phil working extra to connect another appliance. Both of these gentlemen went above and beyond. We will definitely continue to use Jack’s Appliance. We really like the personal care by Jack’s Appliance.

I would give Jack's 0 stars if I could. We ordered a Jennair stove. Jack's used a third party (Dan of all Trades) for delivery and install. It must be a friend of one of the employees because Dan of all Trades sent an inexperienced and unprofessional installer who used the wrong kind of saw to cut our marble countertop and then cut it crooked! The installer also dropped an impact driver on our hardwood floor that left a scratch. When I called Jack's they said they would contact Dan of all Trades and that someone from Dan's would contact me. They never called. Jack's also said they would send me some stove gap covers to cover up the mess. That was 4 months ago, and we have never received them. I will never use Jack's again.

I simply cannot say enough good things about Jack's Appliance. Everyone we talked to or worked with paid so much attention to everything we asked about, and what we were looking for. Turnaround time from "we need a dishwasher" to "we have a better dishwasher than we imagined" was days, everyone was responsive and friendly, and they got us what we needed, not what they wanted to sell us. Phil (the installer) was a class unto himself. He was on time, efficient, friendly, answered all my inane questions with a smile, and left everything looking perfect. I always knew the old installation (there when we bought the house) was a little off-kilter, but when Phil was done the new dishwasher is perfect. His attention to detail was spectacular. We will definitely be calling Jack's Appliance when the refrigerator (which has started making suspicious noises) needs to be replaced! :)
