Joe was prompt, respectful and honest about our refrigerator situation. We appreciated his knowledge of the lg brand and what could be done. The estimate was fair.! We will definitely use them again when the need arises.

I’ve never left a review before! Greg was a friendly and knowledgeable tech, the phone service and scheduling was friendly and easy, fridge was fixed and the price, it was high, but what isn’t these days , so it was worth it. Thanks, keep up the good work.

Tech Travis, was great! Appreciated his persistence identifying the issue and his willingness to make sure it was taken care of. I called COAR at 8am and tech was there around 9:30am. One of the best repair experiences we ever had!

Tyler was very responsive and thorough. He Was super engaging and even gave my daughter’s pretend washing machine a diagnostic work up before heading out. Would recommend him to anyone else who needs an appliance check in- whether real or pretend! ;)

First I want to say the technician were kind, professional and kept area clean while working. I have used this company for other KitchenAid service (cooktop and Ice maker) I contacted because my KitchenAid wall-oven microwave was not starting (lights on but not working when press start). They came 4 times to resolve issue. First visit they said I needed a door hinge although I believed it as one of the black switches based on my research ( I even mentioned when scheduling and to the two technicians). They came back with the new hinge a week later and after they left ( within 20 minutes) I tried to run and it did not work. Called back and they rescheduled. I paid $352.78. They came back out and confirmed they needed that switch. ordered switch ( what I initially suggest when I scheduled and during first visit) Came out today and replaced that switch. The microwave is working. Charged $304.00 for this visit. Total cost $656.00 (this includes two 129.00 service calls, labor and parts. hinge $55 and 164 for switch). Labor cost is fair and technicians deserve it:). I have no issues paying for a technician’s labor. The good news is I paid for parts that I can use if the second switch goes out bad news is very costly and multiple visits. First picture is of old hinge replaced not needed. Second and third picture is part purchased for switch which were not used. Fourth picture is the old part which was removed.
