Custom Distributers once again went above and beyond with sales and service. Our refrigerator quit working and was not feasible to be fixed. We immediately drove to Custom Distributors having purchased there previously. Brian was our salesman. He was professional and knowledgeable about the pros and cons of refrigerators that would fit our space. He also was able to show us refrigerators that were immediately available. We bought a GE refrigerator. It was delivered within a week. There was a minor missing shelf but Brian had a new shelf/ bin shipped to us immediately. He was very responsive and just great. The price of our refrigerator was very competitive and was even less than the big box stores. We highly recommend Custom Distributors and if you ask for Brian / Salesperson you will be in exceptionally good hands.

Make an appointment with AMBER (she’s been there 8 years) and she can tell you anything and everything about all the appliances!!! She is AWESOME!!!! Amber is a true jewel; very genuinely sweet, friendly, high energy but very patient, clearly wants you to take your time and make the best decision for what your needs are. She is not at all pushy, does not try to upsell you. Amber is extremely knowledgeable. I already knew that I wanted all Wolf appliances again, including a subzero refrigerator. Today’s truly fun, exciting, and very informative experience with Amber was a polar opposite experience from 2 years ago when I purchased $50,000 of Wolf appliances (including a subzero refrigerator) from Ferguson Appliances. After that experience with Ferguson Appliances, I knew that I would NEVER use them again. I felt like nothing more than a number to Ferguson Appliances. They want to hurry you through an appointment to make a sale and get you out of there so they can move on to the next customer. They are ALL ABOUT making MONEY. However, I LOVE Wolf appliances. I was referred to Custom Distributors by Brian at STONE DESIGN (another wonderful, local, small business who is removing all my quartz countertops and installing granite this coming week). The experience with Amber and Custom Distributors this morning was literally a complete opposite experience from Ferguson Appliances. We were warmly welcomed at Custom Distributors. My husband loved walking around the showroom, looking at the vast array of appliances, including some incredible high-end grills. Every single person that we encountered at Custom Distributors was the upmost professional, but yet at the same time, you felt like you were seeing old friends. The people were so genuinely kind and welcoming. It was absolutely amazing. We love doing business with local businesses and this is an incredible place that you should check out ASAP! We are SO excited about buying our appliances from them! This morning, Amber helped me select all Wolf; microwave speed oven, refrigerator drawers, dishwasher, warming drawer, a subzero (two 36” column subs totaling a 72” wide refrigerator… STUNNNING!!!!!!) Plus, two Zephyr undercounter refrigerators, and a Bosch dishwasher for our downstairs bar area. We HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this wonderful LOCAL-FAMILY-OWNED business!!!❤️❤️❤️ 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 And, ask for AMBER!🥰🤗 Oh, and they have a CHEF, YESSSSS, a CHEF (KATHY) 🧑‍🍳 who will come to YOUR HOME to SHOW YOU HOW to maximize the use of YOUR brand new appliances!!!!!!! How COOL is that???!!! 😮 🤩 🥳 👏 👏 👏 💕💕💖 When I told Brian at STONE DESIGN, also in Fairfield, about my not-so-great experience with Ferguson Appliances, he told me that I really needed to call Patrick Reiman with Custom Distributors. I called Patrick and left him a message and I was shocked that he returned my call a few hours later. Patrick’s father and uncle started the business. I knew within a few minutes of speaking with Patrick that I wanted to buy all of my appliances from his family‘s business. Patrick was so kind, informative, knowledgeable, and yet, very humble.☺️ ANNNNNND… when you make your purchase, you pay 50% down and the remaining 50% upon delivery. You can pay with a credit card, use 6 months, or 12 months SAME AS CASH financing through Synchrony Bank. Or, pay for your order using a combination of payment options; 1/2 on credit card, 1/2 SAME AS CASH financing, etc!🥳☺️🥰 Hurry up and make an appointment with Amber (or, one of the other highly knowledgeable salespeople) and go see what you have been missing! 👀 🏃‍♂️🏃🏼‍♀️ I promise, it will be well worth your time!

I recently needed to purchase a dishwasher fairly quickly and based on previous good experience with Custom Distributors, sent an email requesting an appointment with a salesperson. I got an email back less than an hour I sent it from Beau. Beau helped me choose a dishwasher , and arrange for delivery and installation remotely so that I never had to visit the store. My new dishwasher was installed yesterday by Jim and he was VERY meticulous and careful with removal of the old and installation of the new , complete with a demonstration of all the convenience features and operation of the new appliance. I was totally satisfied with the whole process from start to finish and it was very timely and convenient.

Custom distributors hung my microwave crooked in our new build house and they damaged my cabinet so that they is no easy way to hang the microwave straight because they put a hole in the cabinet. I reached out asking them to fix it and they refused because I am past their warranty. Then they recommended that I pay somebody else to fix it. Complete garbage service and they obviously do not stand behind their work or fix their mistakes. Avoid Custom Distributors.

Had a great experience with Custom Distributors. Brian M. was amazing to work with from the sales side. He took so much time to answer all my questions and he was very knowledgeable. It was great to be able to see such a wide variety of appliances to choose from. He was quick to respond and very helpful when we needed a trim kit for the fridge. Josh's team came out to install the appliances. We purchased some LARGE appliances - a 48" Thermador stove and 66" Firgidaire pro fridge/freezer. They got everything in without any damage and were very knowledgeable about installing and left everything clean. Very friendly crew. Highly recommend this company and this team in particular.
