Great service, showed me what was wrong and how to fix the problem myself if it happens again. It was simply a clogged motor with lint and just needed a vacuum. No parts needed. The price was reasonable since they came to the house. The service guy Andrew was super nice and friendly. Overall would recommend to friends and family.

The tech was very friendly, seemed very knowledgeable and had no problem taking our dryer apart. Something I thought would be easy but turned out to be quite challenging as it just wasn't like other standard dryers. He was straightforward and honest with me letting me know that it was a toss-up whether or not it's worth fixing our dryer, an older model for which the necessary part has been discontinued, or spending a similar amount of money on a new cheaper model. I appreciate the service I e received, I wood tentatively recommend their services to a friend as I only have one visit to base my opinion off of.
