Abc Warehouse

This is the second time we have had the pleasure of dealing with Jamie. She helped us decipher the differences between Bosch dishwashers and gave us a great deal. Delivery will only take a couple of days. We are newer customers to ABC Warehouse and have been very happy with the service we received for the washer/dryer we purchased last month and now this dishwasher.

We decided to invest in a top of the line Speed Queen washer to avoid the frequent repair costs we were suffering on our current washer. We went to ABC Warehouse because they had the BEST PRICE and I’m happy to say we were treated with care. Jamie led us over to exactly what we were looking for. The manager, Kelly noticed we were buying a washer and very nonchalantly mentioned that he would sell us the dryer on the floor because it was last year’s model. He gave us a deal we couldn’t resist (with no pressure) and ended up financing the washer and dryer at 0% financing for 12 months! Jamie and Kelly’s efficiency had us in and out of the store quickly AND the units were delivered the NEXT DAY! Not everyone carries SpeedQueen so I was happy to discover ABC Warehouse does! They also offer a guarantee for 5 years so no more repair bills for us!!

Erik and Tammy at the Lima location were so kind. We initially went there for a washer, as ours had stopped working, and we ended up getting a washer and dryer set and new furniture! Erik was very knowledgeable in the products he was showing us and treated us like genuine customers, and not like we were just another sale. We will definitely come back again when we need something.

My 94 year old mom purchased a refrigerator from the ABC Warehouse when I took her into Lima to run some errands. It arrived with a dent in the back. While I appreciate that they offered a resolution, the process was unnecessarily difficult. Initially, they offered a $75 in-store credit. Since my mom doesn't drive that far, I requested a cash/card refund instead. They offered $50, which I accepted to avoid further hassle. However, they insisted I drive 30 minutes to the store with my mom's credit card just to process the refund. When I arrived, the salesperson (Erik) simply looked at the back of the card to verify the last four digits—something that was already in their system. Tammy the manager and Erik were then able to process the refund to mom's card, never having used the card. To make a customer drive an hour round-trip just to "verify" a number they already have on file is poor customer service, especially when dealing with a damaged product and an elderly client. The lack of flexibility was very disappointing. I highly recommend, if you receive damaged products like this from ABC Warehouse, avoid the hassle and just tell them send a new unit instead of dealing with the insanity...
