A lot of times people will complain about companies but forget to say when they do outstanding! We bought a used refrigerator months ago and got the 1 year warranty! The fridge started making noises and we called the shop. The owner came quickly and explained to us the situation and welcomed us to go down to the shop and pick out another used one! Who does that?? He also let us purchase another warranty on the new used fridge.. After they left delivering and setting it up I had a small issue with one of the doors he came right back and fixed it!!! They have been able to provide us with the belt and parts needed to repair our dryer. One of the pulleys was bad, and it kept breaking the belt. They also refunded us without any issue whenever they told us the wrong size belt. They always had what we needed in stock.

Worse experience of my life! Overcharged for a dryer that they charged to have it to be delivered, (The worker / who sold and delivered the dryer was drinking / smelled of alcohol and an Ex-Felon) and charged for my old dryer to be removed, and Only 2 blocks from the shop! The dryer only worked for a week before having to have them come and replace a heating element. And by the 14th day it totally quit working and then I was out of both dryers and over $275.00.00 - Buyer Beware! Dont Buy These Used Trash Rigged Washer & Dryer Sets, that only work short time and much better trying to lease and buy NEW! Then within a month time you'll be out both a Washer and Dryer, and Several Hundred Dollars!

Took my $ over phone plus a delivery fee with promise to deliver everytime I called someone else answered and no owner in sight finally i threatened to call law enforcement. Took three days to deliver a stove after they took $ & said they will deliver by 5-6 pm same day.

I ordered over the phone. They delivered we always buy new? But moving soon.. the first one had a shearing noice so loud. They left only to replace , which they did . So much for the 30 day warranty either the 2 Nd one? Knocked off and about damaging my walls again called immediately. Just didn’t return calls period. The dryer did work but the closer stopped working? My experience buy new ho elsewhere useless! Good T blaming the other one in the family business? I wouldn’t give them one star junk I had to pay to haul ! Thanks so much for your non professional approach to customer service! Beware all!
