Mr Appliance

After 3 months of sending two boards out to be refurbished (one of them twice) my oven was not repaired. Each time took longer than promised. You rarely get someone when you call, have to leave a message and wait for a call back. I was issued a refund, but it was not for the full amount I paid. Service fee of $130 I can understand. But they also held back $150 plus tax for the use of a cart that they used to set the oven on when they pulled it out. So no fixed oven and I still paid them almost $300. Would not recommend them to anyone

My tech Anthony was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about my dryer issue. He fixed it pretty quickly. I will definitely be calling them again when the unfortunate happens with another appliance. I recommend everyone call them. The price was better than buying a new dryer. I really have no complaints. Good job MR appliance and thank you Anthony.

I've had 2 different techs out in the last 2 month, because I have great luck and multiple appliances stopped working. Both Sean and Luis were on time, friendly, figured out the problem quickly, and gave recommendations. The price was decent and actually less than I imagined. I was very pleased with their service and would recommend them to all my family and friends.
