The potential buyer of my home pulled out of the contract after this company inspected it and it’s due to complete misinformation! The inspector noted that there was something wrong with the furnace system/radiators because the radiators in the three bedrooms did not heat up. Well, guess why? The valves were closed. All he had to do was twist open the valves and they heat right up. SMH. I could go on and on. He noted that there are issues with the chimney. Guess what? The chimney on the duplex isn’t mine! It’s literally on the next roof over!!! Then, how about the broken vent outside of the house that isn’t even a vent!!!! It’s an old remote utility reader box that isn’t in use any longer! This company literally cost me my contract! Stay far away!!!!!! The guy who inspected the home literally thought I had a chimney and I don’t. It’s on the neighboring property. That should tell you all you need to know. The myriad of facts that were wrong in their home inspection report is mind boggling.
