Just purchased a new washer/dryer combo, price was slightly higher than at a big box, but it included delivery, set up, new water lines, dryer vent hose, removal of the old unit and they service what they sell so in the long run actually saved us money. The man who delivered it also made sure it worked properly and showed us how to use it. We purchased a stove in the past and also experienced great service.

My brother and 95 yr old Mother both bought washers and dyers from these people. The sales people were polite ..but when the lid locked on Moms washer and it came to repair..Jack was Literally a Joke to talk to ..Acted like we were not in their system..and told me he didn’t know what to tell me..so how’s tht when it’s only been maybe a year or so ago.. He was Very Rude and needless to say we will Never buy from them again and Spreading the Word!! Jack is very Unprofessional and DisRespectful !!
