Worst experience ever! I purchased a refrigerator and it did not work. We took it back and paid more for the difference on another one. The second one didn’t work and his response was “oh well” it wasn’t his issue since it left his store. Sad he got $300 for a piece of JUNK

Very very poor help there. I bought a clothes washer in November and it went out 3 weeks later. I called Russell's to get a replacement or a refund or to get fixed, the associate stated they offer no warranty and started yelling at me for asking and stated that there is nothing they can do. I would highly suggest going somewhere else than this place with horrible customer service
