They were called out through Lowe’s extended warranty on our fridge. Customer service was great! The tech was nice, respectful, explained everything clearly. I even got a follow up call after the appointment with the next steps in the process. This is a business doing business right!

Very rude and will not work within the time frame given to help the customer. Will demand you either be there when he says he’s on his way or he will cancel your appointment. Would recommend any other company in that area like advantage who will help with a time that can best work for both you if you put in the comments like we did.
