I hired Kluver’s to fix the middle burner of my stove. The technician came, fixed the issue and then proceeded to lock the keys in my house. They sent me the invoice, which was paid prior to them informing me the keys were locked in the house. It is their policy that unless you specifically say “do not lock the keys in the house” that they will exactly lock your keys behind the lock they go to. They told me they have recordings of the phone calls, which I requested, they said they would send and then never did. I sent them a final message letting them know this could’ve been prevented by simply ensuring that someone would want their keys locked behind the door and that I did not receive the recordings. (This is the best part) after sending this message they sent me the text you see pictured. “ You have successfully unsubscribed. You will no longer receive messages from this business, including appointment reminders. Reply START to resubscribe.” I assume this poor business also bleeds into all other aspects of their services and offers. I do not recommend.
