Made the mistake of buying a used washing machine. Paid $300.00 for what should have been a $100.00 washer. Was told it was guaranteed. It leaked from day one, returned a week or so later to let them know and got nothing but a blank stare. A few days after that it overfilled and water was everywhere. Went back again and was told that a new water valve was $100.00. I ended up buying a new valve and installing it myself. Machine lasted a few more months and now the motor burned up in it. Why I bought a used washer is beyond me, I know better, it was just convenient at the time to do so. I would never ever buy another used appliance. There is a reason people trade them in. If they worked good they would keep it and use it. So much for the guarantee! Save your money and buy new! Seems like money always takes precedence over friendship!

Very impressed! Walked in thinking I needed a whole new element for my dryer. He was able to fix the mechanism and it cost me like $20. Very honorable. I will continue to support this company!

Stay clear of this place. Bought a used washer and dryer matching set. 2 months later the washer stopped working. Dale came out diagnosed it, picked old one up, gave me a loaner while he fixed mine. Transmission was bad. No charge as they offer a 6 month warranty. 2 weeks later the water valve stopped working. Could only wash on cold. Was told it is what it is. Then dryer stopped working after 3 months. Said timer and heating element was bad. It stopped working again 2 weeks after he fixed it. Then he tried to tell me my house had an electrical problem. LOL I thought that was funny as I told him it worked fine for 3 months. My house was completely remodeled 2 years ago. Anyhow I donated their junk to the neighborhood junk collector and got another set from a different place. Guess what? No issues and the dryer works great.

DO NOT use Pap’s appliances in Commerce, OK! I paid for them to fix my washing machine. It was not fixed. I called them again. They came out. Not fixed. I called again. They said they’d come out last week. I waited all week and they never showed. I called again Friday. They said they’d be out the first of the week. I went into work yesterday because I couldn’t wait around to see whether they’d show or not. They called and I called back today telling them I had to work and couldn’t wait around again but was available the next 3 days. They were very rude and said I need to find someone else! I told them they owe me the money back that I paid for them to fix it. They said their bookkeeper would get ahold of me to get it back. I won’t be holding my breath.

Took my washer up here because of a leak. They couldn't get it to leak but told me the bearings needed changed which cost $300 for parts and labor. Got it home and was making a squeaky and high pitched squeal and throwing codes at the end of each cycle. Called them up they said to bring it back up there if it didn't stop in a couple of days. Well after the 5th wash it wasn't squealing but it started leaking again. I haven't called or taken it back I mean what's the point. I'm just going to have to break down and get a new one. Which is what I was trying to avoid. Wish I would have known before I spent $300 and gas and time to get it fixed
