They used to care and be helpful. Last visit not so good. A misunderstanding or something in Jan left in a bind. Did they really care ? Nope. Then I took a older heater in to clean but ask if they could see if it worked before I picked it up the girl told me I have a small propane tank at my house I can get it and see. I said ok thank you. When I went to pay for cleaning I ask did it work as it would come on but went out after it got hot. Was told we don't do that I repeated what I was told. The girl was not there convent hu?but they tried to convince me she would not say that. If that's how you do people you loose my business. They are otherwise nice people . Ok wasn't saying they were not good folks after reading my post I was called we talked and I think a solution was reached. I am sorry if I gave a wrong impression.

This is the greatest store I have ever been to. I work at a non-profit, and when we needed parts, or work done, this shop could not be better. We were doing tornado response and have left Holdenville, but I wish I had a tool provider/ repairer as good as Dynamic back home! Could not recommend enough. Honest, reliable, knowledgeable, anything you would need they can do!

I had to mail back something through UPS and they are the closest UPS pick up spot so stopped in here to do so. I called ahead of time to see if they were able to print out the shipping label for me and they were! She was very friendly, super helpful and nice! It was super easy as well! Thank you! 😊

There was one lady on staff when I went in to drop off a package. This store is a UPS drop-off site. She was so kind to me. Shops where you are treated like a queen get a 5-star rating from me. The appliances looked nice to me and their prices; although, I wasn't shopping for one.
