We use Rains for all of our properties. Can not say enough great things about this company. There is a saying that goes, The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten. And that is about it. If you want great service contact Rains. If you want cheap low budget service then by all means go to the big box store.

We do our best to shop locally and will continue to do so except at Rains Furniture TV and Appliances. We purchased several expensive appliances to include a cooktop. Within the warranty period the cooktop failed. Rains eventually took the cooktop to their shop. After nearly 4 weeks we still don’t have a cooktop and all inquiries have been met with an arrogant manager with little information on the status. We finally spoke a young technician who gave us a decent status. Parts ordered and no idea when they might arrive. The same manager never called us back. I know things like this will happen but never again at Rains for us. If any potential customers read this, heads up!!

Rains is by far the best. Bought a stove before thanksgiving had issues with new stove. They showed up went to order parts the manufacturer decided to replace stove. Rains came out and installed new stove the day it came to the store. Customer service is wonderful Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely worth the drive. Would give 10 stars if possible
