Great experience from start to finish. They sent a photo ahead of time of the technician who would be arriving, which I really appreciated. They were prompt, professional, and very friendly. Pricing was fair, they clearly explained what the issue was and how they repaired it, and the repair was completed quickly. Overall, excellent communication and service. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

This is the first time we used Mr. Appliance. Our dryer was rattling, and their service tech, Andy fixed the issue and was quick! The service call and pricing were also reasonable for the service provided. We will use Mr. Appliance again. Thank you!

It was easy to book online and was able to get an appointment right away. Got lots of detailed updates regarding arrival and the technician which was very nice. Travis was professional and did a great job of explaining the issue. Repair was only a couple hours and he even quoted a microwave error we had while he was out. A+
