I had ordered a refrigerator from modern appliance and upon delivery, I believe his name was Paul, a 21 year old kid, just blew my mind! He called ahead, asked me how my day was, introduced himself, gave me an ETA, and showed up and was so professional and sweet! Probably one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time! He did the install, explained to me how everything on my new refrigerator worked and showed me how to change filters etc. my finance experience was also so easy and enjoyable. Everyone at the store was super helpful and nice. The whole experience was 5 star!
