There are limited choices for high end appliances in Bend. The reason to come to Standard is Zach. I have purchased a lot of appliances for many different homes. Between Bend to Portland, you will not find someone as knowledgeable or passionate about appliances. Delivery fees may vary, and even be a little higher here if shopping around, however having trust that I made the right informative purchase for my home is worth it.

Purchase was easy and timely, but after we received our portable dishwasher we carefully unpacked it and it had two large dents in it. We reached out to Standard, to find out how they could correct it, and total silence no contact with us at all. We were very disappointed in the lack of follow up. We will not be using them ever again.

Our sales person was amazing! He worked hard to give us a great deal and to have our purchase delivered at the earliest possible date. The delivery men were quick and efficient in delivery and putting the appliance in. We will return for another appliance!

Putting my new dishwasher on the gravel driveway with snow on the ground was not the best delivery I have witnessed. Very easily cardboard could have been used. The younger man yawned and leaned against my counter most of the time. A little more professionalism needs to be added to the process. The installer was good!
