Richard was absolutely fantastic. He came out to unlock our tank after we bought a house and discovered the orifices on our stove were set up for NG and not Propane. He walked us through how to find and buy the right parts. When the parts showed up, he came out again, and helped take apart the range to put them in. He was meticulous and detail oriented and took great care of our home and the range. I wanted to learn more about the range, too, and he explained what he was doing. If we ever need any help with anything propane related we'll hope to get him again!

When my business decided to add food trucks to our property, it quickly became apparent we would need a bulk propane tank. Blue Star was our first call, and they didn't disappoint. Matt took (and is still taking!) great care of us by being communicative, friendly, and professional. I met more of his coworkers through the process of getting our bulk tank set, and then promptly filled. Everyone was extreme punctual and polite. The tank itself looks clean and perfectly blends in with our property. I would highly recommend and look forward to deepening our relationship with Blue Star!

I cannot say thank you enough to Blue Star Gas! I called when I noticed a tank fill much earlier than normal. They had Richard come out the next day. Richard was professional, thorough and very safety minded. He quickly found we had a leak in our underground line from the tank to the house and locked off the tank for safety. We assured him we would have the ditch for the new line ready by morning. He worked us in after a long day of emergencies and had us up and running. I so appreciate Richard's attention to detail, safety and customer service. The office manager, Laura, rapidly arranged all of this and was so incredibly kind to work with us on the bill for the lost gas. What a team! Thank you!
